Collar stays are valid for returns within 30 natural days of receipt.

We do not charge a re-listing fee.

Return Order Processing Time

The return order service time of Adamantunrelentings.com is Monday-Friday/10:00 AM-5:00 PM (EST).

Once you apply for a return, we will deal with the return order for you within 1-3 business days.

Orders are not processed on weekends.

Return Process

(2) Once you apply for a return, we will deal with the return order for you within 1-3 business days.

(3) If you need to return the collar stay, please send it to be returned to 17 Norfolk St Apt A4, Hartford, Connecticut, recipient is John Scott.

(4) Please send the order number and courier information to email [email protected] after you sending collar stay.

(5) Once the returned collar stay has arrived at Adamantunrelentings.com’s warehouse and has been successfully inspected, the refund process will be started.

Cancel The Order

After the order payment is successful, the user can check the order status in the account order details

You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing your order.

After 30 minutes, our orders will enter the packing process, once packed it is impossible to cancel the order, please understand our work, thank you.

Return Request

The returned collar stay is in brand new condition.

Please use the original packaging for the returned collar stay.

The returned collar stay has no problem of artificial damage.

The returned collar stay has no deformed.

The returned collar stay will not affect our secondary sales.

Return & Replacement Fee Bearer

If it is the customer’s personal reason: dislike color/workmanship/style/feel/shape of collar stays, the return freight will be for the buyer’s account.

If the collar stays we sent is defective/damaged/lost/wrong/deformed, the return freight will be for Adamantunrelentings.com.

Refund

The refund amount will be credited back to your payment account within 1-2 business days.
